Camp Activate 2010!

We are excited to hold our 3rd Annual Camp Activate and are expecting to make it our best yet!

The 3rd Annual Camp Activate is Coming Soon

The 3rd Annual Camp Activate will be held July 19-23 and 26-30, 2010, from 9 am to 4 pm! Last year students came to our camp and received Basic HIPP (Help Increase the Peace Program) training and did a service project helping maintain the grounds of Mission San Louis. This year the students will still receive Basic HIPP training, and we’re planning a new service project that we hope will be even more exciting than the last! They will also get 20 Community Service Hours. The camp will be held in the Leon County Community Room (Amtrak station) at 918 Railroad Avenue. There will be a fee of $40 (lunch included), but there are scholarships available to those who can’t afford the fee but would still like to participate. Only 20 spots are available to current and rising high school students. The facilitation team members are working hard to make sure this year’s Camp Activate completely activates Leon County’s youth!
