Build Your Skills, Volunteer Management Training Series

The Florida Volunteer Administration Certificate (FVAC) is offered by Volunteer Centers throughout the state of Florida, in partnership with Florida Association of Volunteer Centers, Volunteer Florida, and the Points of Light Foundation. The certificate is awarded to individuals which successfully complete the Volunteer Management Training Series (VMTS), a high quality, comprehensive course in volunteer management delivered to community organizations and volunteer managers by local Volunteer Centers. The curriculum, developed by the Points of Light Foundation, is based on research and effective practices in volunteer management.

The primary goal of this training program is to enable organizations in the Big Bend area to mobilize and manage volunteer resources for the greatest possible impact on their specific cause and needs. More information and registration information is as available online.
